Why?

As an employee in a multinational company working in Turkey, I have always faced the same two problems;

1. Lack of resources on Turkish retail market when I had to prepare presentations to our guests from headquarters (inconsistent or biased data and very few articles on the overall trend for the market)
2. Lack of well trained store staff that has retail notion

The main aim of this blog is to share as many pieces of information on Turkish retail landscape that I have learned / discovered to support the searchers like me and also I will be trying to make this blog to be a reference page for the “concerned” store managers who has appetite for self improvement.
